Trampoline is a device consisting of a piece

Compared to a regular jumping jack done on a hard surface, bouncing on a trampoline makes this exercise easier on the joints. trampolines  stays out of the way:- When you're not using it, you won't see trampoline. It waits patiently while you get things done. It takes no space at all. Then when it's time to do something else, you bring it up and it's ready to give you exactly the tool you need. Give Trampoline a week and you'll find that your mouse always moves to the right to open iTunes. When you want to open Safari, you'll automatically move your wrist up. Your hand has learned where those crucial tools are. You probably won't even look at the trampoline any more, even though it's so pretty.

You'll just want to get to the tools you need. Cervantes incorporated a slightly more unpleasant type of bouncing in Don Quixote when he described the impromptu punishment of "blanketing", or becoming thrown into the air by a mob.  To raise your heart rate and begin strenuous exercise, alternately lift each foot an inch or two off the mini trampoline. Move your arms as you would while jogging. For a slightly more difficult workout, stand in the center of the mini trampoline with your feet close together. Instead of doing a basic bounce, bring your left foot forward during the bounce, touching your heel to the surface. Briefly raise your left arm up in front of you as your heel touches the surface. Repeat this for the right foot. For another advanced routine, from a basic starting stance, bounce up.
